Folio Mirrors at EuroShop 2020
In February, we took our interactive, customer loyalty solution, Folio Mirrors exhibit at EuroShop, the world’s largest trade fair for retail. With Folio Mirrors providing a unique opportunity for retail, hospitality and leisure brands to connect with their customers in a meaningful and personal way, we experienced a host of interest from global brands during the annual exhibition in Dusseldorf.
We currently supply Folio Mirrors to retailers in Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, but we envision the Folio Mirror offering benefiting not only the retail industry, but also sectors such as; beauty, health and fitness, hospitality, entertainment and beyond.
At EuroShop, Folio//Loyalty drew the most attention, with curious visitors exploring the options for customer engagement using our demonstration mirror. Folio//Loyalty is a must-have for developing and reinforcing brand loyalty with the ability to recognise loyalty programme customers and offer personalised offers and rewards. We were able to demonstrate this functionality at EuroShop as returning visitors would be recognised by the mirror and rewarded. Folio//Loyalty can operate as a stand alone solution or interface with existing CRM software.
The mirrors include remote support and an extended 3 year warranty.
